Uncover the priorities of the buyers and then locate homes that match their needs and wants, and show them the homes. Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach. Set yourself apart from all others by the exceptional experience your sellers and buyers have working with you. Ask for referrals when the clients are the happiest with your service. Qualifications: Strong work ethic, driven to succeed. Provide exceptional customer experiences through service. Texas real estate license or willing to get one.
