Are you a commercially driven mortgage professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and creating opportunities from the ground up? 360 Search are recruiting on behalf of a leading Mortgage provider in the Irish Market, seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurialMortgage Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding their mortgage market presence across Dublin and the wider region. This is not a traditional desk-based mortgage advisor role this is afully business development focused position, suited to someone who enjoys being out in the market, developing partnerships, building networks, and proactively creating mortgage opportunities. This role offers the chance to take ownership of your territory, grow market share, and become a key driver of mortgage growth in a fast-paced and highly visible environment. What You'll Be Doing Driving new mortgage business growth and exceeding annual targets Developing and executing a strategic external business development plan Building a strong pipeline of self-generated mortgage opportunities Growing market share through proactive networking and relationship management Prospecting through networking events, referrals, online engagement, email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings Developing relationships with key business partners, introducers, and stakeholders Managing mortgage applications across a range of products including: First Time Buyer mortgages Switcher mortgages High-value and complex mortgage cases Working collaboratively to identify local market opportunities and trends Delivering professional presentations and recommendations to mortgage underwriting teams Acting as a brand ambassador in the marketplace and identifying new growth opportunities What We're Looking For Strong experience and knowledge of the Irish mortgage market and regulatory environment A minimum of 3 years' proven success in self-generating mortgage leads and business development activity A track record of achieving and exceeding sales or mortgage growth targets Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Strong presentation and communication abilities A proactive, entrepreneurial, and commercially focused mindset The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and convert new market opportunities A positive attitude and confidence in developing new business relationships Qualifications: QFA is preferred Applications from candidates holding APA Loans, Regulations, and Investments are welcome, provided there is a commitment to attaining QFA within 18 months of appointment More details available upon application.
