We have 2 OR rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Orthopedic, Pain Management, Spine. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day./ppCertified Nurse Assistant at Singing Hill Surgery Center/ppThe CNA duties will include stocking Recovery Room bedsides, dressing patients, walking patients, assisting patients to the bathroom, answering call lights, answering phones and, assisting RNs as needed. This role will include transporting patients into the vehicles once they are discharged, Screening Questionnaires, cleaning/making beds, wiping down bedside areas, preparing linen bags if needed, monitor food supply level, stocking nourishment area and reporting when food is needed to be ordered./ppQualifications/pulliHigh School Diploma/GED/liliCertified Nursing Assistant/liliOne year experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified/liliKnowledge of patient care charts and patient histories/liliPatient Interviewing skills/liliAbility to perform standard clinical procedures according to established protocols/liliKnowledge of patient evaluation procedures/liliAbility to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards/liliAbility to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient/liliUnderstands principles of aseptic technique and their implementation/li/ulpWho We Are/ppAt USPI, we create relationships that create better care.
