What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and build lasting relationships
  • Listen to customer concerns and translate them into repair needs
  • Present inspections and service recommendations clearly and honestly
  • Prepare estimates and communicate timelines
  • Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers
  • Deliver completed invoices and explain services performed
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, professional front counter
What We're Looking For
  • Automotive service advising or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop
  • Positive attitude and team mindset
  • Valid driver's license
Schedule
  • Full-time, 4-5-day work week
  • Shop hours: MondayFriday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm
  • Employees receive one rotating weekday off plus Sunday
  • Typical schedule averages 4045 hours per week
  • Closed every Sunday for work-life balance

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
