Retail Sales and Production Associate

At Planet Aid, our stores are more than just retail spacesthey're part of a global mission to support communities and promote sustainability. We're looking for a Sales & Production Associate who enjoys staying active, working with people, and contributing to a meaningful cause.

What you'll do:

• Welcome and assist customers, helping them find what they need
• Operate the register and handle transactions with accuracy
• Sort and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Keep racks organized, stocked, and visually appealing
• Support daily production goals and help keep the team on track
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Follow merchandising standards (sizing, color coordination, displays, etc.)
• Pitch in wherever neededteamwork is key!

• A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
• Someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly
• Team player who can also work independently
• Comfortable using equipment and handling inventory responsibly
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

What the job is like: This is a hands-on, active roleyou'll be on your feet, moving around, lifting, organizing, and helping customers throughout your shift. If you like staying busy and engaged, this is a great fit.

• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Reaching, bending, and lifting (up to 55 lbs)
• Keeping the store clean and well-maintained
