Our core values and amazing company culture have been the foundation of our half-century legacy./ph3What You Will Do:/h3pAnswering Service Care is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Sales Account Executive. If youre someone who enjoys building connections, spotting opportunities, and taking initiative to grow business through thoughtful outreach, wed love to meet you!/ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliProactively generate and convert new business opportunities by researching prospects, engaging through cold outreach, industry associations, LinkedIn, and client referrals, with a focus on building lasting, value-driven relationships./liliConduct in-depth research on prospective clients; reviewing websites, services, and industry insights to craft relevant, personalized outreach/liliDeliver confident, consultative sales presentations tailoring value add solutions to meet client needs/liliMeet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs/liliMaintain clean records and activity logs in CRM systems like HubSpot and Monday.com/liliStay on top of trends in the answering service space to position ASC as the trusted solution/liliWork cross-functionally with key stakeholders around the company to improve the onboarding and overall client experience/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliDemonstrated success in a previous sales role, especially outbound sales campaigns, is preferred./liliProven experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential./liliOutstanding verbal and written communication skills./liliExceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with team members with a proactive approach to collaboration/liliPositive attitude and reactive to coaching/liliInquisitive mindset, actively seeking and embracing new ideas to enhance our service offerings./liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously./liliStrong self-motivation and a drive to consistently achieve targets./liliExcellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset./liliProven ability in negotiation techniques./liliProficient in using various computer applications, including CRM, word processing, spreadsheets, email, social media, and collaboration tools like Slack./liliAptitude for quickly mastering industry-specific and internal computer programs./liliBusiness to Business Sales Experience./li/ulh3What We Offer:/h3ulli401k with company match (50% match)/liliPaid holiday/vacation/personal time/liliDirect deposit (paid weekly)/liliHealth/Dental/Vision/Supplemental Insurance/liliFully Sponsored Employee Assistance Program (free to ALL employees)/liliChildcare Reimbursement (up to $375 per month)/liliGym membership reimbursement (up to $15 per month)/liliTwenty (20) year trip of a lifetime anywhere in the world you want to go with a companion!/liliAnd many more benefits!/li/ulpRate of Pay: $24.00/hour + Commission/ppSchedule: 9:30 am - 6 pm, Monday-Friday (Must be flexible to rotate on call on weekends)/ppAt Shooster Holdings, inclusion and opportunity go hand in hand.
