JeffTemp - Dental Assistant

Jefferson's internal staffing unit, JeffTemps, is seeking a dental assistant to support Einstein Dental Medicine on a temporary basis. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5pm Location: 5501 Old York Road, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

Provides chair-side assistance for dental practitioners in all residency program (general practice, endodontic, and orthodontic) private practice and oral surgery. This position requires providing services to the following age population(s); pediatrics through older adults (0-65+) in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

Job Description

High School Diploma and completion of an accredited dental assistant program required. Six months of previous dental assisting required.

State certification in radiology procedures required. Prefer applicants to be Certified Dental Assistants. CPR certification is required.
