Leading the development of machine learning systems for the Personalization Engine within Cedar Pay, the full-time salaried Tech Lead Manager - Machine Learning will manage the ML lifecycle, execute full-stack ML engineering, and provide technical leadership while mentoring a team of ML engineers. Key responsibilities
Own the machine learning system that powers the Personalization Engine, ensuring reliability and scalability Lead and execute engineering work across MLOps and ML modeling, making hands-on contributions and guiding team members Conduct code and design reviews, manage ML engineers, and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
Required qualifications
6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a track record of building production ML systems Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in the full ML lifecycle 1+ years of experience managing ML engineers or leading technical teams Experience collaborating with product leaders and software engineers to integrate ML systems into broader software products Passion for applying machine learning to improve the healthcare financial experience
