We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented *LPN *who loves working with kids and wants to make a difference every single day. If you’re looking for a supportive, stable, and upbeat work environment, this is the place for you!
This position provides and supports quality patient care through a variety of day-to-day functions. Hours include days (8am - 5pm), possible evening clinic until 8:30pm, and Saturday morning (8am - noon) rotation. Flexibility to travel or work out of more than one clinical location is desired.

Southdale Pediatrics will pay for your course materials and provide hands-on training. Once certified, you’ll enjoy a wage increase and get to cross-train in our x-ray department.
*LPN Responsibilities:*
* Comprehensive intake including: height, weight, and vitals
* Hearing and vision screens
* Deliver injections including vaccines, influenza, and PPD/TB testing
* Collect NP, throat, and nasal swabs
* Run the following waived kit tests: RSV, influenza and strep.
* Assisting physicians with procedures
* Nursing skills such as caths, neb treatments, and antibiotic injections
* Patient and family education
* Care coordination
* Documentation in the patient's electronic health record
* Ceaning and stocking clinic rooms.
* Eventual certification in limited scope x-ray which will add to the variety of day-to-day tasks as you provide coverage in that department.
*LPN Qualifications & Skills:*
* LPN license in the state of Minnesota
* Limited Scope X-Ray certification is valued
* Experience with pediatric procedures is valued
* Experience with electronic medical records; charting and charging
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Provide excellent customer service while working efficiently with busy physician schedules
* Must work well with children and families with diverse backgrounds and medical complexities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 - $27.00 per hour
