About the Position... The Administrative Assistant/Loan Data Analyst (AA/LDA) is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities. The Administrative Assistant/Loan Data Analyst (AA/LDA) is responsible for building meaningful, collaborative, and effective relationships that reflect respect, integrity, and excellence with clients, colleagues, and the management team. The AA/LDA is responsible for efficiently and accurately performing a variety of functions including administrative duties, loan processing, loan boarding, miscellaneous research, report generation and assisting with other tasks and duties as assigned. Under the direction of the Treasurer- Corporate Finance Officer and the Director of Special Assets, the AA/LDA will research loan data, including research that requires navigation through the Horizon XE system and the document retention system (FCM). Additionally, the AA/LDA's responsibilities include the collection, collation, and tracking of data, as well as entering data into Horizon. This role prepares Demand and Collection letters and will follow up for performance. This role will support loan portfolio and Special Assets performance analysis and reporting and perform ongoing loan database maintenance necessary for various reporting and/or analysis. The AA/LDA demonstrates strong teamwork and adaptability to support the Treasurer and Director of Special Assets with other projects and duties as assigned. All duties are to be performed accurately, timely, and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, along with SOX IT compliance. Qualifications
About You... You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment. You also have the following: High school graduate or equivalent. Some college courses and/or technical training preferred. Knowledge Required: General knowledge or understanding of lending processes, documents, terminology, regulations and standard banking practices. Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of research or equivalent experience, preferably in a financial institution. Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills. Client service and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, dress and attitude. Good math skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office software package. Ability to operate standard computer hardware, software, and other office equipment including, but not limited to telephone, copier/scanner, and fax machine.
