Personal Assistant (Full-Time, On-Site Dublin 2) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a prominent entrepreneur and business leader with multiple active ventures across the public markets, investment, and life sciences sectors. This is a fast-paced, fully on-site role based in Dublin 2, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working at senior executive level. Key Responsibilities: Managing high-volume email correspondence across multiple busy inboxes Coordinating complex calendars and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones Audio typing and email dictation support Organising flights, accommodation, transport, and travel itineraries Supporting employee onboarding/offboarding and HR administration Maintaining and updating a large database of contacts Coordinating internal and external meetings General office administration including filing, stationery orders, room bookings, and document management Processing AML documentation Managing expenses, receipts, and credit card reconciliations Meeting and greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms in advance Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 4 years experience in a similar PA/Executive Assistant role Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational ability Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Proactive approach with strong initiative and follow-through Ability to prioritise effectively in a high-volume environment Please reach out to Anne Marie in Lex Consultancy today Please note only candidates that match the minimum job requirements above will be contacted for this role.
