As a Sales Account Manager, you will:
- Grow the Business Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with market strategy
- Manage Key Accounts Build and strengthen relationships with customers while driving profitability and long-term value
- Own the Numbers Achieve sales targets across volume, pricing, and revenue within your assigned markets
- Be the Customer Advocate Support day-to-day customer needs, including inquiries, inventory coordination, and issue resolution
- Deliver Strategic Insights Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to influence business direction
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to support product development and customer solutions
- Present & Influence Represent the business through customer presentations on products, capabilities, and market trends
- Become a Technical Expert Develop deep knowledge of polyester film applications and provide guidance to customers and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree required (Business or related field preferred)
- 25 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or customer-facing roles
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive new business growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of PET film or similar materials is a plus
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in the posting.
