Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!/ppWe believe that it is important to invest in your success. When you join us as a first time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws./ppThis is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $50,000 - $150,000 or more annually based on performance. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $90,000 or more.
