Key Responsibilities: Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships. Drive excellence in construction standards, safety, and quality. Ensure programme and budget compliance. Implement effective communication strategies and company systems. Conduct regular project reviews and progress reporting. Training: The role requires relevant certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
