Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional support and care for individuals who require assistance with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to improve the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized and empathetic care while maintaining their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and conversation to promote mental and emotional wellness.
• Administer prescribed medications and ensure adherence to individual care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health, behavior, and needs to healthcare professionals and family members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
• Assist clients with mobility and transport needs, both within the home and to external appointments or social activities.
• Document and maintain accurate records of services provided, including timesheets, care plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for some positions.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable.
