divh2Commercial Business Development Representative/h2pSERVPRO Team Isaacson is seeking a driven Commercial Business Development Representative to help grow our commercial relationships throughout Wilson County and surrounding markets. This is an outside B2B sales role focused on developing long-term relationships with commercial businesses, industrial facilities, manufacturing operations, warehouses, and facility leadership teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, comfortable prospecting daily, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. This position is heavily relationship-driven and requires consistent in-person prospecting, follow-up, and account development throughout the assigned territory. We are looking for someone who understands relationship sales is built through consistency, visibility, communication, and trust./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliDevelop and maintain relationships with commercial businesses and key decision makers/liliProspect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, in-person visits, and scheduled meetings/liliMaintain an active pipeline and consistently move opportunities through the sales process/liliConduct client meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and Emergency Ready Plan (ERP) reviews/liliPartner closely with operations and estimators to ensure excellent communication and customer experience/liliFollow up consistently on estimates, opportunities, and active accounts/liliMaintain accurate CRM activity, account notes, and pipeline reporting/liliBuild and manage a prioritized target account list/liliRepresent SERVPRO professionally at industry and networking events/liliMeet activity expectations and revenue growth goals/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMinimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred/liliStrong communication, organization, and follow-up skills/liliAbility to build relationships and create trust with clients/liliSelf-starter mentality with strong time management skills/liliComfortable prospecting and working independently in the field/liliExperience in restoration, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial service sales preferred/liliCRM experience required/liliValid drivers license with reliable transportation/liliMust pass a background check (subject to applicable law)/li/ulpWhat We Offer:/pulliCompetitive base pay plus commission opportunities/liliCompany-supported training and development/liliCareer growth opportunities/liliSupportive and team-oriented culture/liliOpportunity to work with a nationally recognized restoration brand/li/ulpAbout SERVPRO Team Isaacson:/ppSERVPRO Team Isaacson specializes in fire, water, mold, and storm restoration services.
