Product Manager (Datacom / Data Center Experience)

This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Distribution Partners to develop and execute product strategies aligned with customer needs and company growth objectives. The Product Manager will play a key role in identifying emerging market trends, defining product roadmaps, and driving innovation across the business.
*Essential Job Functions:*
* Lead strategic planning and lifecycle management across product lines
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to identify customer needs and emerging industry trends
* Serve as a subject matter expert during customer engagements and industry events
* Develop business cases and recommendations for new product development, portfolio expansion, and strategic investments
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement tools
* Support successful new product introductions and transition into manufacturing
* Facilitation of tools development, content creation, and data management for Customers, Partners, and other Stakeholders
*Requirements:*
* 10+ years of experience in the datacom and datacenter industries
* In Person Position. Knoxville, TN
* Strong interaction with Channel Partner ecosystem
* Domestic and international travel as needed
