Instructional Designer - Remote Contract. Our client, a global biotechnology company, is seeking a remote Instructional Design Coordinator to support the development of technical training materials under the guidance of the Technical Learning & Development team. This is a remote, contract role with standard business hours. Onsite/Remote:

3 Months Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal team members and subject matter experts to design and develop technical training content. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences. Develop multimedia assets including audio, video, simulations, and interactive modules. Ensure quick turnaround of deliverables while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Utilize standard tools and templates to build content aligned with corporate training goals. Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs. Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. About the Employer and Compliance
