Employee Relations Advisor Dublin 15 Osborne is recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation inDublin 15 for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with strong employee relations experience and a solid understanding of Irish employment law to join a busy and supportive environment. Package Permanent, full-time position 37-hour working week Salary: €50,000€55,000 DOE Supportive and welcoming team Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and support to managers on employee relations matters including: Disciplinary & grievance processes Performance management Absence management Workplace investigations Support fair and legally compliant handling of employee relations cases Prepare documentation for formal meetings and investigations Coach and guide managers through people management challenges Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently Support compliance with Irish employment legislation Assist with policy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to positive workplace culture and employee engagement Requirements Third-level qualification in HR, Business, Law, or related field 35 years experience in HR or Employee Relations Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation Experience managing disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Maisie Doyle or call Osborne Recruitment on .
