Key Responsibilities
Implement and administer ServiceNow in a FedRAMP environment
Support a ServiceNow domain separated environment
Implement and support modules in ServiceNow, including SOM, CSM/TSM, SMP, IRM, and ITSM
Perform system maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ServiceNow enhancements
Provide end-user support and training
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of ServiceNow
Qualifications
ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher)
Minimum of 5 years of related ServiceNow administrative work experience
Extensive experience implementing and administering ServiceNow in a FedRAMP environment
Extensive experience implementing and supporting a ServiceNow domain separated environment
Experience implementing and supporting SOM, CSM/TSM, SMP, IRM, and ITSM modules in ServiceNow
Ability to obtain USDA clearance to support FedRAMP ServiceNow work
