This role is highly collaborative and delivery-focused—bringing together clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to align priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure successful implementation of integrated digital health solutions.
You’ll be responsible for leading complex initiatives from early planning through to successful deployment and adoption, ensuring outcomes are achieved and value is realized for all partners involved.
What You’ll Be Responsible For: Leading end-to-end delivery of digital health initiatives, with a focus on integrating clinical systems and key health data assets
Working closely with partners to align on priorities, timelines, and shared outcomes
Driving project planning, execution, and coordination across multiple stakeholders and teams
Managing project resources effectively to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, while driving solutions forward
Supporting testing, validation, and readiness activities to ensure smooth implementation
Providing leadership and direction from project kickoff through go-live and post-implementation support
Contributing to improvements in clinical workflows and information access through thoughtful implementation
Maintain clear, accurate, and actionable project plans, status updates, and tracking tools using platforms such as Jira and Microsoft Project
Ensure strong alignment across partners through consistent communication, transparency, and timely escalation where needed
Keep project documentation organized, accessible, and aligned with best practices
Support team members by providing guidance, structure, and clarity on expectations and milestones
Lead risk, issue, and dependency tracking to ensure challenges are addressed early and effectively
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with all delivery partners—including regional health teams, technology providers, and implementation partners
Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment focused on delivering measurable outcomes
What Success Looks Like: Projects delivered on time with strong partner alignment and minimal disruption
Improved integration and accessibility of clinical information
Positive engagement and collaboration across all partner groups
Clear visibility into project progress, risks, and outcomes
Sustainable solutions that support long-term digital health advancement in the region
