Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for a Creative Strategist at Jigsaw Studio. As a Creative Strategist, you will lead the development of performance‑driven creative direction, build strategic concepts, analyze performance data, and collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
A key part of this role includes the ability to support, and when needed, manage Meta ad accounts to implement creative testing, set up campaigns, structure retargeting, and interpret results. You will work closely with our media buyer, creative team, and clients to ensure that strategy, creative execution, and performance outcomes are tightly aligned.
Responsibilities
Develop creative strategies, concepts, hooks, and storylines for paid social campaigns
Review creative performance data and translate insights into new ideas and iterations
Build briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers
Provide direction on messaging, structure, and visual approach for ads
Collaborate with the media buyer on creative testing frameworks and scaling opportunities
Support Meta Ads Manager tasks including campaign setup, creative testing, exclusions, retargeting, and basic scaling
Participate in client strategy calls and present creative recommendations clearly
Conduct research into competitors, trends, and consumer behaviors
Ensure creative output aligns with brand identity and performance targets
Experience
Experience in Creative Strategy or Creative Direction within digital marketing
Strong understanding of performance creative, direct response principles, and paid social trends
Ability to interpret performance data (CTR, thumbstop, CPA, etc.) and generate actionable insights
Hands‑on experience inside Meta Ads Manager, particularly for creative testing
Strong writing skills for hooks, angles, briefs, and scripts
Comfortable collaborating across creative, media buying, and client‑facing teams
Experience working with UGC creators and/or short‑form content
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Familiarity with AI tools for creative or analytics is a plus
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple brands
