What We’re Looking For
Have
2+ years of advisory experience
Preferably have an
existing book of business
(we consider advisors
under $10M AUM , though more is preferred)
Hold a
Series 65 or 66 License
(Required)
Want independence but still value a collaborative, supportive RIA
Believe in fee-only, conflict-free fiduciary advice

Not a salaried job
— compensation is directly tied to advisor production
Not for new or unlicensed advisors

Strong ethical foundation
Excellent client-relationship skills
Ability to bring or develop your own book
