We match like-minded people into small groups and use AI to plan spontaneous real-life meetups—like salsa classes, paint nights, city hikes, and more. We're looking for a Partnership Manager Intern to help us grow our network of local experience providers—yoga studios, escape rooms, wine tastings, and everything in between. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential partners, pitching Pulse, and onboarding them onto the platform. You'll earn a commission on every booking made through partners you bring in—for a full year. About Pulse
We believe real-life friendship should be easier. Pulse helps people connect in person by matching them into small groups based on shared interests, then suggesting curated local experiences they can enjoy together. We're currently in closed beta and growing fast through niche SEO sites and social-first accounts. This is your chance to help shape a social app from the ground up—and build something people actually want. What You'll Do
• Research and identify local businesses, event organizers, and experience providers in our launch cities • Reach out via email, phone, social, or in-person to pitch Pulse as a new channel for driving group bookings • Explain the value of Pulse and get partners signed up • Walk new partners through onboarding and profile creation • Help partners choose the right activities to offer on the platform • Track conversations and follow up with interested leads • Share feedback with the team to improve partner onboarding and experience Who You Are
• A great communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships • Comfortable reaching out cold and explaining a new product • Passionate about community, experiences, and real-life social connection • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • Excited to work in a startup environment where you can take ownership • Fluent in English or Spanish • Bonus: experience with partnerships, sales, customer success, or event planning Why Join?
