We have exceptional customer service./ph3Job Overview/h3pThis positions primary responsibility is increasing sales revenue./ph3Essential Job Functions/h3ulliUnderstanding and promoting the Vision, Mission, and Values of the company./liliUnderstanding and promoting the sales system utilized by the company/liliMaintaining a professional, positive attitude and appearance at all times/liliBeing a team player with all field staff and other members of the organization/liliUsing good decision-making practices in doing what is right for the company in all situations/liliUnderstanding all job responsibilities and supporting all direct supervisors/liliRecognize the authority of the general manager/owner while assisting in promoting the success of the company./li/ulh3Specific Responsibilities/h3ulliSetting appointments and making cold calls as well as appointments with existing and new customers./liliCreating and delivering job estimates in a timely manner/liliFollow-up on all sales activity through telephone, written and personal contact./liliPromoting Continuing Education courses with existing and potential clients./liliMeeting sales and performance goals./liliMaintaining weekly and timely sales activity reports, to present to the franchise owner weekly to discuss current and future sales opportunities and challenges./liliKnowing functions and goals of all profit centers, including, but not limited to Water, Fire, Mold, and Bio-hazard jobs./liliWorking with all PuroClean sales process manuals and automated tools./liliWorking as an effective team member./liliKeeping current on pricing strategy and customer billing procedures./liliAnalyzing current customer base, local marketing and economic conditions and competitors./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience; restoration, construction, property management, insurance strongly preferred. Knowing Xactimate is a PLUS./liliFamiliarity with restoration processes (mold remediation, water mitigation, fire restoration, biohazard cleanup) or willingness to learn quickly./liliExperience working with insurance processes and adjusters is a plus./liliProficient with computer Excel, Word, and typical CRM systems./liliExcellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills./liliStrong organizational skills, self-motivated, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced, emergency-driven environment./liliValid drivers license and willingness to travel within service area; background check required./liliCertifications desirable: IICRC (Water, Applied Structural Drying, Mold), company may assist with certification./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliLegally able to drive company vehicle to close and long-distance locations./liliAble to work extended time periods and long hours when needed./liliAble to bend over to measure job areas in low and sometimes confined spaces./li/ulpWe Build Careers - Steve White, President and COO/ppWith over 300 locations across North America and Canada, PuroClean is leading the industry in emergency property restoration services, by helping families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage.
