D2DInc is looking for a Sr. Acquisition Support Specialist to support government acquisition and contracting projects. This position is being bid in a proposal and hiring will be contingent upon contract award. The qualified individual will be customer‑focused and team‑oriented and able to independently solve complex, analytical problems with innovative approaches and solutions.
This is a remote work position but candidates must be located in the United States and be a US citizen.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist government customers in wide range of acquisition support requirements, including pre‑award, source, selection, and post‑award contract management
Generate pre‑award deliverables such as draft procurement plans, IGCE, SOW, PWS, RFI, RFQ/RFP, source selection plans
Participate in source selection activities and support government source selection evaluation teams, perform cost realism analysis, prepare draft source selection memorandums
Perform post‑award contract administration activities such as drafting contracts and modifications, drafting and monitoring vendor performance plans, and contract closeout
Generate ad hoc reports to support data calls
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or equivalent field required, Masters degree preferred
Professional contracting certification from a national recognized organization such as DAU, NCMA, or UPPCC preferred
At least 8 years of experience in providing a broad range of complex acquisition management support services, including all aspects of pre‑award, source selection, and post‑award
Ability to read and interpret acquisition regulations, policies, and directives and apply those interpretations to acquisition activities
Ability to analyze cost and pricing data, assist in proposal evaluations, and assist in preparing for contract negotiations
Proficiency in MS Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to interact professionally exhibiting decorum and discretion at all times
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Individual must be self‑motivated, a fast learner and able to complete tasks with minimal direction and supervision
Must be a US Citizen
Per the Maryland Pay Transparency Act, we are providing the following information about compensation for this position:
Wage Range: The range for this position is $45-60/hour
General Description of Benefits: 11 paid Federal holidays, 15 days paid PTO (vacation, sick, personal time off), health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, company‑paid life & disability insurance, employee assistance program.
