Job Overview Most brands don’t have a content problem. They have an energy problem. They’re posting. They’re sending emails. They’re running ads. But nothing feels alive. We’re hiring someone to fix that. Not a “social media manager.” Not just a copywriter. We’re looking for a copywriter + community manager who can think, write, and execute across the entire brand:
Social (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook — organic + paid)
CRM + email (Klaviyo flows, campaigns, messaging)
Website copy (landing pages, product pages, hooks that convert)
What you’ll do
Concept and write content that people actually stop for
Develop ideas that translate across organic, paid, and email
Support paid social (Meta + TikTok) with copy and testing angles
Manage community (comments, DMs, tone, presence) like it matters
Help shape how brands feel, not just what they say
Who you're not a fit for You don’t need to be senior. But you do need to know what you’re doing. If you’ve never:
Written for social in a real way
Touched paid ads
Written emails or site copy that drive action
Managed a brand’s community
This probably isn’t the role for you.
About us We move fast. We have high standards. And we care a lot about the details most people overlook. We also care a lot about energy. That’s the difference between content that exists and content that works.
Position details This will start freelance, with the potential to grow into full-time. There is a short writing test as part of the process.
