Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to primarily handle renewal reviews and market existing accounts. A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service are key qualities that will set a candidate apart. The focus will be on standard personal lines accounts. As time goes on, we will train you on the other aspects of the industry if you are willing and looking for advancement. Job Responsibilities Discuss coverage with customers. Perform account services such as policy rating, binder issuance, and processing policy changes, Endorsements, requests for evidence of insurance, policy reinstatements, & cancellations. Work with underwriters, inspectors and customers to make sure all parties have up to date information. Review upcoming policy renewals to ensure appropriate coverage and pricing and remarket to other carriers when necessary to secure better options for our clients. Clearly communicate important customer interactions and general client sentiment with agency management. Update and maintain all client details in the agency management system (EZLynx). Manage insurance claims by guiding clients through the process and coordinating with insurance carriers to ensure timely resolution. High School Diploma (or equivalent) License: Property & Casualty (ANY state) 1-3 years of Personal Lines experience with an independent or captive insurance agency A private and quiet area in your home as you will be speaking with clients Access to plug a VOIP phone directly into a router for the highest possible call quality May consider reduced work schedule (if needed) for the right candidate Preferred Skills License: Property & Casualty (NY) Management & Rating Systems: EZLynx Management System Paid Time Off (PTO) Work From Home Flexible Schedule Great Team Culture Seniority Level
