$40.00/hr - $50.00/hr General Info: US Citizens or GC Holders only Must be on our W2 Fully Remote- Central time zone Description: The Service Management Analyst Senior monitors adherence to best practices and global processes from internal customers and senior management. This position assists with leading the development, enhancement, and implementation of global processes and procedures. The Service Management Analyst Senior coordinates the receiving, tracking, and documentation of all requests in support of IT global processes. This role has an emphasis on managing the organization's IT hardware assets and maintaining vendor relationships associated with the asset accounts. This position also provides instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments. Oversight of IT assets throughout their lifecycle including forecasting, procurement, and inventory management Investigate, analyze, identify, and resolve problems, issues, or conditions involving asset management and governance Works closely with procurement vendors to assist with asset acquisition, replacement, and disposal Forecasts and maintain inventory required for IT projects and BAU operations Focus on operational and tactical activities daily Uses advanced knowledge of professional concepts and company objectives to resolve a wide range of moderately complex issues creatively and effectively Escalates complex issues; resolves moderately complex issues; recommends potential solutions to issues; follows established escalation procedures Prepares and delivers informal and formal presentations to own team, department, and other IT teams Assists with developing standards, processes, and procedures for the department Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new assignments Qualifications: Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities 3+ years of experience with asset management. Experience with Microsoft Excel Must be able to work independently Excellent at building and maintaining relationships across IT Must be detail oriented with strong problem-solving and time-management skills Seniority level
