Über

The HRIS Administrator is responsible for day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of the HRIS environment, with a primary focus on UKG Workforce Ready. This role ensures HR and timekeeping data accuracy, supports workflow configuration, performs data audits, resolves user issues, and partners with HR, Payroll, and IT to maintain effective HR technology operations. Experience with iCIMS (ATS) and ADP is preferred to support upstream/downstream process integration. This operation is based in the US, so the employee will be required to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) i.e., from 6pm to 3am IST. Excellent verbal and written English skills are a necessity.
Key Responsibilities UKG Workforce Ready Administration
Administer and support
UKG Workforce Ready
for core HR and
Time & Attendance
functions.
Build and maintain employee profiles, job/position data, organizational structures, and security roles.
Support and maintain
workflows
(approvals, notifications, routing) aligned to HR business processes.
Perform system configuration updates, support testing, and assist with change deployments.
Data Integrity, Audits, and Reporting
Conduct regular
data audits
to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee and timekeeping data.
Identify data issues, determine root cause, implement corrections, and recommend preventive controls.
Create and maintain standard and ad hoc reports; strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning) is required.
User Support & Troubleshooting
Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS issues: user access, profile errors, workflow issues, and timekeeping questions.
Manage user setup, permissions, and role-based access; ensure confidentiality and proper controls.
Document issues, resolutions, and process updates; elevate to vendors when needed.
Cross-System Support (Preferred)
Support processes and data flow across related systems such as
iCIMS (ATS)
and
ADP .
Assist with integrations, file feeds, and reconciliation activities between HRIS, payroll, and recruiting tools.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of HRIS experience with at least 3 years hands-on UKG Workforce Ready administration/support.
Strong experience with:
Time & Attendance within UKG Workforce Ready
Data audits and data quality controls
Workflow management and process configuration
Employee profile build-ups and ongoing maintenance
End-user support and troubleshooting
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
iCIMS (ATS)
and
ADP .
Familiarity with HR operations, payroll cycles, HR compliance basics, and HR data privacy practices.
Strong communication skills to support users across time zones and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
