Our GSW team is looking for a
visually driven Freelance Senior Experience Designer
to create compelling digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. This role blends
strong design craft, motion, and interaction
to bring ideas to life through polished, user‑centered executions.
You’ll concept, design, and refine end‑to‑end digital experiences—working closely with UX, development, and copy partners to ensure work is beautiful, intuitive, and build‑ready.
What You’ll Do: Design visually engaging digital experiences for healthcare professional and patient audiences Create concepts, layouts, prototypes, and animations that communicate interaction and intent Present design work and articulate the “big idea” Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver seamless, scalable solutions Build and maintain component libraries and design systems
What You Bring: 4+ years' of digital or visual design experience Advertising agency experience is required. Pharma agency a plus Portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design craft for digital projects Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, XD, Sketch, and motion/prototyping tools Strong command of typography, layout, branding, and design systems Experience with 3D or immersive design (three.js) a plus; Unity a bonus
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $70 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
