with hands-on experience evaluating AI systems? Want to help shape how AI transforms underwriting, claims, pricing, and risk management? Let’s talk. We’re looking for an experienced Insurance SME to evaluate, enhance, and validate AI models used across core insurance workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with AI, data science, and product teams to ensure models are accurate, compliant, explainable, and aligned with real-world insurance practices. What You’ll Do
Evaluate AI models used in
underwriting, claims processing, risk assessment, pricing, policy retention & renewals Identify gaps, biases, and improvement areas in AI outputs Ensure alignment with
insurance regulations, compliance standards, and customer experience Define evaluation metrics and success criteria for AI performance Support
data labeling and contextualization
with insurance-specific insights Contribute to
Explainable AI (XAI)
initiatives Stay updated on evolving insurance regulations and AI use cases Who We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in
insurance
(underwriting, claims, risk modeling, product, etc.) Strong understanding of
insurance operations, policies, and regulatory frameworks Experience working in
AI-driven or tech-enabled environments Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams Candidates
must have already worked on : AI Modeling Rubrics creation / evaluation Data Annotation Prompt Engineering Bachelors or Masters degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field. Let’s build AI that actually understands insurance. ⚖️
