Global Sales Enablement Manager
to bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales. Your mission is to ensure our sales force has the tools, content, and training they need to convert opportunities more efficiently. If you enjoy breaking down complex product features into winning talking points and helping others hit their quotas, you’ll fit right in. Key Responsibilities
Training & Onboarding:
Design and deliver onboarding programs to get new hires ramp-ready quickly. Program GTM Development:
Be part of cross-functional teams designing programs to grow MariaDB’s customer base and improve customer success. Technical Curriculum Development:
Translate complex database features (distributed SQL, high availability, temporal tables) into value-based selling points and compelling MariaDB talk tracks. Competitive Intelligence:
Develop and maintain battlecards to win against incumbents like Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and AWS Aurora. Sales Tech Stack Management:
Optimize CRM (Salesforce) and enablement tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clari, and others) to streamline the sales workflow. Strategy & Coaching:
Identify performance needs through data analysis and conduct workshops to address gaps. Feedback Loop:
Represent the voice of sales to Product and Marketing to align roadmaps and messaging with market reality. MariaDB University:
Deliver training programs using MariaDB University with key metrics: engagement, completion, and certification. Position Requirements
Experience:
3–5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a high-performing Sales role (SaaS experience preferred). Communication:
Exceptional presentation skills; ability to command a room or a Zoom call. Analytical Mind:
Ability to translate CRM data into actionable training insights. Technical/Product:
Experience selling databases, analytics, and open-source software + services; ability to turn technical documentation into a concise executive pitch. Process:
Expert-level knowledge of CRM (reporting, sales workflows) and sales engagement platforms. Empathy:
Deep understanding of the daily grind and challenges of a modern sales professional. Compensation
The annual anticipated U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is USD $120,000 - $135,000. Actual salaries may vary based on qualifications, location, skills, experience, and competencies. Salaries vary by local compensation structures and may be complemented by additional rewards. Location
