Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Sales Manager (Remote) for our client, supporting revenue growth, pricing strategy, and account management across a national dealer and distributor network. This remote role focuses on driving portfolio performance, managing key partner relationships, and executing commercial strategies within a two‑step distribution model. The position offers significant autonomy, travel exposure, and the opportunity to influence market performance across a growing portfolio.
Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership:
Manage portfolio performance across accounts including volume, pricing, and margin.
Channel Strategy:
Develop and execute growth strategies across distributor and dealer networks.
Pricing and Negotiation:
Lead pricing strategy and negotiate terms with distributor partners.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and key stakeholders.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and use data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in automotive aftermarket, battery products, or related industries required.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in aftermarket, automotive, or related industries.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is required.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage complex relationships are required.
