Über

The Senior Recruiter is an advanced individual contributor on Attivo’s recruiting team, focused on executing high-quality candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement across a variety of roles. This role goes deeper than the Recruiter in candidate evaluation, sourcing strategy, and pipeline management, and serves as a resource and informal coach for junior team members. The Senior Recruiter operates with greater independence and brings a sharper eye for talent, but remains focused on the candidate-facing work that drives Attivo’s hiring engine.
Responsibilities
Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Build and maintain robust, role-specific candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and develop role-specific prompt libraries to improve reach and pipeline quality.
Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Screening & Candidate Evaluation
Conduct thorough resume reviews, applying both independent judgment and AI-assisted screening tools to assess candidate fit.
Lead structured prescreen calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Prepare detailed candidate summaries and recommendations for the Recruiting Manager and hiring teams.
Maintain consistent evaluation standards to ensure quality and fairness across all candidates.
Candidate Experience & Engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the screening and interview process, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.
Draft personalized outreach and follow-up communications, using AI as a starting point while preserving an authentic, human voice.
Keep candidates informed, engaged, and prepared at every stage of the process.
ATS & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse ATS.
Track and report on individual sourcing and pipeline metrics to the Recruiting Manager.
Ensure data integrity across all candidate records and activity logs.
Serve as an informal resource for junior recruiters, sharing sourcing techniques, screening best practices, and AI tool usage.
Contribute to team discussions on process improvement and candidate quality.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Strong sourcing skills with hands‑on experience across multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
Demonstrated ability to conduct high‑quality prescreen calls and assess candidate fit independently.
Experience using AI recruiting tools for sourcing, screening, and outreach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and reliable follow‑through.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
Experience in driving diversity and inclusion efforts within recruitment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in accounting and/or finance.
Location & Travel
Remote — Pacific Time Zone.
Ability to travel at least twice a year for All‑Staff Retreats & Regional Meetups, and as needed for recruiting vendor partnerships and networking opportunities.
Reports To: Recruiting Manager
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 plus commission (based on experience)
