Position Overview As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in building, managing, and growing client relationships within our media measurement and analytics business. You’ll partner with clients to ensure adoption, retention, and expansion of our solutions while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver outstanding results and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for all client‑facing activities: planning, communication, status updates, escalations
Oversee the end‑to‑end measurement & analytics engagement: from scoping and onboarding to delivery, reporting, and optimization
Ensure high client retention / renewal rates by proactively surfacing risks and opportunities and maintaining timelines
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance and measurement outcomes; translate insights into actionable recommendations
Coordinate cross‑functionally with internal teams (product, data, engineering, operations, sales) to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
Identify and mitigate risks to revenue or client satisfaction, escalating when needed
Contribute feedback to improve processes, tools, and client experience workflows
Stay current with industry trends in media measurement, attribution, multi‑touch modeling, digital advertising, and the competitive landscape
Support sales‑enablement initiatives, including assisting with CRM administration, ensuring data accuracy, managing client documentation, and collaborating with the revenue and marketing teams to improve pipeline visibility and sales efficiency

Work Hours:
Regular U.S. Central Time Zone hours, with flexibility to attend meetings for Pacific Time Zone customers as needed
Bonus:
Eligible for performance‑based bonus agreed‑upon goals and the Company’s overall performance
Equity:
Subject to the approval of the Company’s Board of Directors, you will receive stock options under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), subject to the terms and conditions of the plan and applicable grant agreement
