About the Opportunity The Project/Program Manager in the Global CEO Office will play a key role in leading OKX’s highest-priority initiatives. This position is focused on strengthening technology stability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting overall revenue growth. A critical aspect of the role involves close collaboration with compliance teams to identify and address compliance-related process gaps. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities and deep expertise in compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Strong understanding of compliance risks and the ability to identify conflicts between business operations and regulatory requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
Assess the gap between regulatory mandates and product implementation, proposing strategic solutions.
Track compliance risks and recommend practical mitigation measures.
Anticipate regulatory changes and assess their impact on business processes.
Continuously monitor program performance, implementing improvements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with legal, risk, and business teams to ensure compliance integration across functions.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement best practices for technical stability and operational excellence.
Maintain strong organizational skills to oversee compliance initiatives, track progress, and report to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Experience in Compliance, deep domain knowledge of compliance processes.
Strong business acumen and project management skills; strong communicator, collaborates with multiple departments.
7-12 years of experience.
Crypto industry experience, familiar with blockchain technology.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of technical operations, with experience driving tech stability and operational efficiency initiatives.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
