Position Overview The Partner Sales Executive plays a key role in expanding Payroc’s partnerships with innovative software companies, SaaS platforms, and digital marketplaces that rely on modern payment infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll identify and engage high-growth technology platforms that leverage multi-tenant payment structures and help them unlock new revenue opportunities through Payroc’s payment and commerce solutions. Acting as both a relationship builder and strategic advisor, you will work closely with prospective partners to understand how payments and revenue currently flow through their platforms and design solutions that support their growth.
This position sits at the intersection of payments, partnerships, and product innovation. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams across Marketing, Product, and Development to shape solutions that meet partner needs while helping strengthen Payroc’s embedded and integrated payment offerings.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, enjoys navigating complex opportunities across multiple products and geographies, and is energized by building partnerships that create long-term value for both partners and merchants.
Duties and Responsibilities
Map out software companies including SaaS platforms and marketplaces that deploy multi-tenant payment structures -- deals may require coordination of multiple products across multiple geographies
Engage prospective counterparties to understand current implementation of payment and revenue rails
Create solution scopes for deployment of Payroc’s APIs and suite of products
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Partner Management and Sales teams to continue to improve Payrocs’s embedded payment offerings and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
3+ years of business development experience, specifically with a background in payments and/or Fintech
Proven experience building relationships and driving initiatives with executives while managing multiple workflows cross-functionally with the client
A proven track record exceeding targets and managing complex deal processes, working hand-in-hand with multiple internal divisions to deliver solutions to counter parties
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability and willingness to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling technical payment solutions to platforms and integrated partners.
Bachelor’s degree - Business/Communications/Hospitality Management/Finance or related field
Working Conditions
Frequent interaction with team members, management, pricing committee, business dev reps, Solutions, Product SMEs, and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and collaborations.
