Manage the design and production of artwork to meet defined needs and present creativity to internal clients Implement new strategies to improve workflows and foster a culture of growth and communication within the team Lead and inspire a team of designers, conducting performance reviews and training programs to enhance staff competency
Required qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in a creative studio or media organization Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines Collaborative attitude with a willingness to consider diverse perspectives Understanding of industry trends and a passion for narrative and visual storytelling in sports High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
