Sales Manager - Construction / Renewable Energy North Munster (Hybrid - Field, Office & Home Based) Role Overview We are recruiting a Sales Manager for a growing renewable energy business operating within the construction sector. This is a newly created leadership role responsible for managing, developing, and growing a field-based sales team, with a clear progression pathway to Head of Sales. The successful candidate will lead a team of 5 field sales professionals, driving performance, revenue growth, and customer engagement across the North Munster region. The company designs, supplies, and installs energy systems that improve building efficiency and energy independence. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop a field-based sales team of 5 Drive regional sales growth across residential and commercial Coach and mentor the team to improve performance and conversion rates Support field activity through joint visits and deal progression Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales KPIs Ensure strong CRM usage and accurate reporting Contribute to sales strategy and future team expansion Work closely with senior leadership on business growth initiatives Requirements Proven experience in a Senior Field Sales or Sales Team Leadership/ Sales Management role Experience within construction, building products, renewables, or technical sales preferred Strong track record of driving revenue and team performance Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach in the field Strong commercial awareness and communication skills CRM and reporting experience Skills: Sales Manager Field Sales Manager Team Manager
