Position Overview:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate / Travel. This role involves assisting clients with their travel needs, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth booking processes from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and provide support with travel-related services
Assist with reservations, itinerary planning, and booking adjustments
Provide accurate information regarding travel options, policies, and requirements
Build and maintain positive client relationships through excellent customer service
Collaborate with team members to meet client needs efficiently
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or client services is a plus (but not required)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
