Job Summary:
Join our client's dynamic team as a Regulatory Operations Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in launching and managing short‑term rental regulatory products and workflows globally. Your efforts will ensure seamless coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance the host experience.
Job Responsibilities
Spearhead the launch and compliance management of regulatory products and workflows worldwide, collaborating with various teams.
Act as a regulatory product expert for internal teams, including Public Policy and Legal.
Lead operational strategies for your jurisdictions, managing cross‑functional stakeholders and maintaining project documentation.
Advocate for host experiences throughout the regulatory process.
Handle internal and external inquiries related to regulatory products.
Skills Required
5+ years in operations, product operations, or project management in fast‑paced environments.
Strong alignment with high ethical standards.
Proven ability to drive alignment across cross‑functional teams.
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
