Peach is a modern loan management and servicing platform empowering lenders to launch and scale new lending programs. We provide a fully integrated, configurable system of record with API-first architecture, enabling lenders to bring products to market quickly while maintaining full compliance and operational efficiency. Peach is a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS platform. We are on a mission to scale to $100M ARR in the next few years. As we enter this next chapter, product will play a critical role in shaping our market position, amplifying our voice, and driving accelerated growth. About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the next generation of financial products and features at Peach. This is a cross‑functional role focused on building and scaling lending capabilities within servicing, collections, and compliance workflows. You’ll define product roadmap, lead execution, and help shape how a new set of features is applied across the Peach platform. You’ll work closely with engineering, customer experience, legal, compliance, and clients to deliver impactful, production‑ready solutions. What you’ll do
Translate operational workflows and lender pain points into clear feature requirements and measurable outcomes. Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, data, operations, legal/compliance) to design, build, and ship features. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all solutions meet regulatory, audit, and explainability standards. Instrument lending servicing features for performance measurement (accuracy, deflection, compliance rates, etc.) and drive continuous iteration. Act as the internal evangelist for new capabilities, providing product expertise to operations, customer success, and clients. Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and vendor landscape to inform the roadmap. Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, credit, lending, payments, or similar regulated domains. Track record of leading cross‑functional teams and shipping in regulated environments. Strong analytical skills (SQL fluency, experimentation, metrics definition). Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences. Comfort balancing strategic vendor partnerships with hands‑on product development. Obsessive for operational detail, scalability, and compliance. Nice to have
Understanding of lending servicing or collections workflows. Experience building or launching AI‑powered products, ideally involving Agentic AI, NLP, chat/voice automation, or compliance tools. U.S. Work Authorization Statement
Peach is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B) for this role, now or in the future. All applicants must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full‑time, permanent, and unrestricted basis. Peach Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
