Enterprise Account Manager
that will report to the National Sales Manager. In this role, you will serve as the end-to-end owner of a set of account relationships, establishing and cultivating strong customer relationships and ultimately driving ELOKON solutions, services, and hardware sales to meet revenue targets. You will manage prospecting and lead generation activities for assigned and prospective accounts; build and implement growth plans across multiple products and technologies; develop, grow, and close sales campaigns to realize account / sales revenue objectives. The
Enterprise Account Manager
is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in assigned and prospective accounts. You’ll be in a highly visible role serving as the primary point of contact for established and targeted accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales and technical background that enables them to drive engagement at all organizational levels as well as expand and grow business for assigned and prospective accounts. Be the primary point of contact for a robust portfolio of assigned enterprise customers and own the interface from contract signature onwards (ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue) with emphasis on:
Delivering impeccable customer service, including efficient acknowledgement and resolution of issues. Building relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations. Collecting, communicating, and championing customer feedback internally to influence and steer programmatic and technical development required to maintain and grow enterprise business. Retaining and growing the value of accounts.
As an owner of assigned accounts, identify and successfully manage requirements and risks to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule. Use internal company tools, systems (e.g. Salesforce, Teams, ZoomInfo, Salesviewer) and resources to verify and document discovery meetings with clients that accurately records opportunity details e.g. budget, authority, needs, timeline (BANT). Execute strategic engagement campaigns for existing and prospective clients using internal company tools, systems, and Salesforce CRM resources. Participate and present in internal sales meetings. Participate in knowledge-sharing to enhance sales team expertise. Create and deliver remote and in person product demonstrations to clients. Drafting, presenting, and submitting proposals, for client requests focusing on clients’ requirements and product functionality of ELOKON suite of products. Maintain sales demo resources, tools, and process flows. The candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing enterprise accounts in industries such as Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution or OEM material handling equipment/telemetry systems inclusive of SaaS. Must have strong technical sales, customer facing and presentation skills. Must be able to quickly build credibility amongst team members, and existing clients. Meeting and event planning experience strongly desired. Skilled in recognizing client needs to demonstrate the right solutions and appropriately align client expectations with product capabilities. 3+ years CRM experience (Salesforce experience is an advantage). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently (self-starter) and within international team environment. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Business or Engineering is preferred. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Must be proficient with MS Office products. Strong time management and ability to prioritize. Requirements
You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Will work out of their home office. Must be able to travel up to 60% as the position requires. Must hold a valid passport. Compensation and Benefits
