This is not a mass-outreach role. Quality over quantity. You'll go deep with a focused set of partners, make sure they're set up for success, and keep the relationship strong over time.
What You'll Do Find & convert the right partners
Identify high-intent creators across YouTube, Telegram, Twitter, and finance blogs using competitor research and community mapping
Build a simple pipeline of warm and cold leads, track outreach, responses, calls, and sign-ups
Write personalized outreach that actually gets replies, no spray-and-pray
Run discovery calls, understand creator goals and pain points, and close them on the program
Onboard and activate them well
Walk partners through the portal, referral links, dashboards, and compliance guidelines
Help them understand how to communicate the program's value to their audience clearly and compliantly
Set first-30-day expectations: first funded accounts, content cadence, and what success looks like
Keep relationships strong
Be the go‑to point of contact - responsive, proactive, and trustworthy
Do regular check‑ins (bi‑weekly for active partners), surface issues early, and solve problems fast
Identify partners who are growing and give them the support to do more
Track what's working
Monitor partner performance weekly, funded accounts, referral conversions, engagement quality
Flag underperformers early and course‑correct; recognize what's working and double down
Keep a clean record of partner activity so nothing falls through the cracks
What We're Looking For Must‑have
You can sell value, not just features. Creators get pitched constantly; you need to make ours stand out
Strong relationship instincts, you build trust quickly and maintain it even when things get bumpy
Clear communicator - crisp outreach copy, persuasive on calls, and able to simplify financial concepts for a creator audience
Comfortable with numbers - you can read a basic dashboard, track conversions, and spot what's off
Familiar with India's trading ecosystem - you understand how traders think, what platforms they use, and what SEBI compliance looks like in practice
Good to have
Prior experience working with YouTube channels, Telegram communities, or finance/trading influencers
Exposure to the trading, gambling, or betting industry - you understand the trust dynamics and creator skepticism in this space
Basic understanding of paid media (Meta/Telegram ads) - not required to run it, but helpful to have a view on what works
What This Role Is Not
A media buying or paid ads role - you'll coordinate on that, not own it
A mass outreach / cold email volume role - we care about a few great partners, not 500 mediocre ones
A compliance or legal role - you'll follow the rules and flag issues, but you're not the compliance team
A data analyst role - you need to be data‑aware, not data‑obsessed
Growth Path As the program grows, your role will evolve. You'll likely transition into owning onboarding and escalations, with a second person handling new acquisition. High performers who build a strong book of partnerships will have significant influence on how the program scales.
