Communication Lead
who turns Messenger into a high-converting machine—writing smart, data-driven conversations that capture, qualify, and convert leads at scale.
Why This Role Matters
Meta Messenger is one of our fastest-growing acquisition channels. As our Communication Lead, you’ll build the strategy, write the copy, and design the flows that fuel lead gen and client growth across the U.S. and Canada.
What You’ll Own
Own and optimize all Meta Messenger campaigns—from new lead funnels to upsells and re-engagement
Write high-impact message flows, auto-replies, and chatbot sequences that feel human—but sell hard
Build and manage Messenger automations in Meta Business Suite, integrating with CRM and reporting tools
Collaborate with our design and ad teams to sync Messenger flows with Facebook ad creatives
Track KPIs: open rates, click-throughs, reply rates, and conversions—then test and tweak for improvement
Run rapid A/B experiments to refine timing, CTAs, segmentation, and response logic
Stay ahead of Meta’s ever-evolving rules, tools, and opportunities
What Success Looks Like
Higher lead-to-response and lead-to-sale conversion rates
Lower cost per lead and improved ROI from Messenger-driven campaigns
Faster response times through automation
Launch of high-performing new flows and messaging experiments
You’ll Thrive If You…
Have 5+ years in communication strategy, copywriting, or performance marketing
Know Meta Messenger like the back of your hand—flows, sequences, triggers, and integrations
Write crisp, compelling, CTA-driven copy that aligns with brand voice
Are results-driven and comfortable using campaign metrics to guide strategy
Have cross-functional chops—comfortable syncing with ad teams, product, and devs
Are organized, analytical, and ready to move fast
Bonus Points If You Have…
Experience with WhatsApp, SMS, or multi-channel automation
Familiarity with Zapier, HubSpot, or CRM-based integrations
Worked with U.S.-based service or blue-collar businesses
An eye for combining copy + visuals (GIFs, image prompts, etc.) for higher engagement
