You will serve as a key point of contact for service-related communications, managing inbound inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring timely resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound employee and customer inquiries Coordinate service requests and track resolution through internal systems Document interactions accurately in service tickets/case management systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues Maintain service quality and operational efficiency Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues Candidate Requirements
High school diploma or GED 0–4 years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support Experience creating and managing service tickets/case management systems Proficiency with computer applications and web-based platforms Familiarity with telephony systems for inbound/outbound communications Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Effective problem-solving and active listening skills Preferred
Experience in enterprise service environments or shared services operations Exposure to HR systems, benefits administration, or employee support services Experience working with cross-functional teams Customer service or administrative support certifications/training Demonstrated ability to improve customer experience and service delivery About APS
