Key Responsibilities
Design and implement robust payroll processes, internal controls, and timelines to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across multiple regions.
Partner with internal teams to build payroll dashboards and reporting capabilities that deliver actionable insights and improved visibility for leadership.
Collaborate with HR and systems teams to improve Workday employee self‑service functionality, streamlining processes and enhancing user experience.
Grow and strengthen the payroll team, hiring top talent and developing staff to support a complex, global organisation.
Enable global growth by establishing compliant payroll processes in new jurisdictions. Lead payroll integration during acquisitions and work closely with HR, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Manage the integration of payroll systems from newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with company standards and seamless employee experiences.
Maintain strong internal controls, manage payroll‑related audits, and ensure accurate and compliant compensation reporting.
Workday Payroll and HCM, global payroll systems, reporting dashboards, employee self‑service modules.
Experience Required
8 plus years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on global payroll operations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
5 plus years of hands‑on Workday Payroll experience
Proven experience leading payroll integration projects
Experience with mergers and acquisitions and the associated payroll/HR integration
Familiarity with Professional Employer Organisation models and transitioning payroll in‑house
Leadership experience in scaling payroll teams and building processes in complex organisations
