The Senior LTSA Manager serves as the customer’s primary point of contact for all matters related to operational performance, contract execution, and ongoing service support under long-term service agreements. In this role, the Senior LTSA Manager ensures timely, accurate communication and the delivery of all required reporting and contractual documentation. The position requires a balance of technical fluency, commercial awareness, and relationship management to ensure clear alignment between customer expectations and HyperStrong’s service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer point of contact for all LTSA-related communication, coordination, and issue management.
Lead routine customer meetings, performance reviews, and escalation discussions to ensure transparent, proactive communication.
Own the transition from Construction to Operations for assigned projects, ensuring a smooth handover of documentation, responsibilities, and communication workflows into the LTSA phase.
Ensure full compliance with all LTSA contractual obligations, including service documentation and reporting requirements.
Manage the preparation and delivery of Monthly Service & Performance Reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of operational summaries and required documentation.
Track operational issues, NCRs, warranty claims, and corrective actions through closure, providing updates to the customer.
Monitor overall system performance and operational trends to identify risks or anomalies requiring internal escalation.
Support warranty administration, including claim initiation, documentation, communication, and customer alignment.
Review service activity data, parts usage, and maintenance records to ensure accuracy and traceability in all customer-facing documentation.
Support budget planning, invoicing accuracy, cost tracking, and margin management for assigned LTSAs.
Drive continuous improvement by standardizing reporting, documentation, and coordination processes across the LTSA portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in renewable energy, utility‑scale BESS, solar, wind, or power systems operations.
Direct experience managing customer relationships in a service, O&M, asset management, or LTSA environment.
Strong understanding of BESS components and operational concepts (BMS, PCS, EMS, HVAC, fire systems, SCADA/communications).
Ability to interpret technical documentation, service records, and equipment specifications.
Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, including ability to identify trends or emerging system issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong relationship‑management skills and experience interfacing directly with utility, developer, or IPP customers.
Ability to lead coordination meetings, manage escalations, and guide cross‑functional alignment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting or managing utility‑scale BESS projects in North America.
Prior responsibility for long‑term service agreements, O&M programs, or customer asset management.
Experience interpreting service contracts, warranties, and performance obligations.
Work Location Based in North America, work remotely from home.
Travel & Work Conditions
10% travel.
Full‑time, remote.
