Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities and leveraging AI and evolving technologies to improve productivity and employee experience.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, and change management initiatives.
Provide coaching and thought partnership on leadership skills, team dynamics, and employee engagement.
Influence decision making through data and analytics.
Operational HR Support
Drive performance‑management practices including goal setting, feedback, calibration, and career development.
Manage employee relations issues with sound judgment, discretion, and compliance.
Oversee leave‑of‑absence processes, accommodations, and return‑to‑work planning.
Lead talent review, succession planning, career development, and retention plans.
Change Management & Communications
Guide leaders through organizational changes with focus on communication and employee experience.
Partner with internal communications to ensure timely messaging.
Promote inclusion, belonging, and a high‑performance culture.
Employee Experience & Culture
Advocate for employees, ensuring a positive, equitable, and supportive workplace.
Monitor and analyze employee feedback and workforce data to inform HR strategies.
Champion programs that enhance well‑being, recognition, and engagement.
Pay & Location This position is remote. For employees residing in the U.S. states listed above, the standard base pay range is
$109,000.00 – $174,000.00
annually in the Connecticut‑Maryland‑New‑York‑Washington‑DC group, and
$103,500.00 – $165,300.00
in the Colorado‑Hawaii‑Illinois‑Minnesota‑Nevada‑Ohio‑Rhode‑Island‑Vermont group. Position holders may be eligible for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
8-10 years of HR‑related experience.
Experience with go‑to‑market or customer experience center organizations.
International team support experience with cultural sensitivity.
Hands‑on experience with SaaS platforms for HR processes.
Success Criteria
Achieve positive results in a fast‑paced environment and guide leaders through organizational changes.
Apply modern talent strategies to influence business outcomes.
Apply HR policies, procedures, compliance, and practices to develop and maintain HR projects.
Diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions.
Effective written and verbal communication with conflict resolution and leadership coaching skills.
Maintain high level of confidentiality.
Experience with HCM systems (Workday) preferred.
Handle high‑volume workflow with minimal oversight.
